This Call for proposals is issued by Kenya ICT Board acting in its capacity to administer a Grants Management program for the Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC). All queries should be directed to Kenya ICT Board.
The GOVERNMENT OF KENYA has received a credit from the International Development Association in the amount of US$ 114.4 Million equivalent towards the cost of the Transparency and Communications Infrastructure Project (TCIP). Credit No. 4284-KE; Project ID No. P094103. TCIP will be implemented by the KICTB under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The board therefore intends to apply US$ 4 Million of the proceeds for Grant Applications for the development of digital content and software applications.
